Jeep Cherokee low miles 92K

Up for your consideration is my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 92,682 miles. I bought this Jeep brand new back in November of 2000 and it has been in my family ever since. This is an honest and completely original survivor with no surprises. The 4.0L runs strong and flawlessly. No overheating. Transmission shifts as it should and the transfer case also functions as it should. This Jeep is a non-ABS Jeep and has the beefier Chrysler 8.25 rear end. Oil changes every 3k and tires rotated. The Mastercraft AT’s have approximately 80% tread left with no cracking. All fluids have recently been changed including transmission, front and rear differentials. Interior is clean and in great condition for its age. Crack in driver’s side seat (very common). The headliner is still intact with no sag. Original floor mats and winter mats also.

Please bear in mind that this Jeep is 15 years old. Has never been off road or modified. The exterior has some scratches and small dents. Most notable is the rear bumper (see pic). There is a small amount of rust at the bottom of the passenger side door, see pic. The rockers are all solid with no rot. Small chip in windshield on passenger side. Original windshield and glass all around. The Jeep could use a new muffler but recently passed CT State emission testing with no problem. The rear leaf springs should also be replaced. I have purchased new leaf springs and all new bushings (these will be included in sale) with the intention of restoring the entire suspension system. No “death wobble”. I say these two items need replacing but do not render the Jeep inoperable or incapable of passing any emissions testing. All electronics work, except the 4wd indicator. Jeep also has remote start and original key fobs. This is a solid and strong Jeep that is a great candidate for upgrading or daily driving duties. They are hard to come by in this shape and mileage.

Items recently replaced: radiator, valve cover gasket, rear pinion seal, master cylinder, all brake lines, spark plugs and air filter.
