1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lots of new and replaced parts!

For sale is a 1997 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Although she has high mileage, she has a lot of new parts. Currently reading 238,000 miles. 4.0L straight 6 engine.
4 wheel drive works amazing and has handled upstate NY winters perfectly fine.
Upgraded radio with nice clear sound. Amp is under rear seat.
Seats fold down for extra storage.
Both A/C and heat work very well.
Has trailer hitch option on it as well.
Have the Title as well that will get transferred after purchase.
Issues:
- Hood has some parts where the paint is flaking off. Normal wear and tear on a 20 year old vehicle but everything is in good general condition.
- About every 2 weeks you may need to refill the coolant reservoir since it ever so slowly drips coolant after long trips. I believe the heater core just needs replaced.
-Key fob doesn't always unlock drivers side door. Sometimes have to use key to lock/unlock it.
New/replaced parts:
- Full rebuilt transmission that only has about 80,000 miles on it.
- Rear brakes replaced last week. New pads and rotors.
- New ECU
- New water pump
- New power steering pump
- New drive belt
- New tail pipe
- Entire cooling system minus radiator and heater core is new. (hoses, clamps, thermostat, water pump, etc)
