Hello I'm selling a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4 cylinder 2.5L 5 speed manual with only 67000 original miles. Original Bright jade satin glow paint color (very rare color only made in 97-98) and never been in any accidents, clean Carfax, Vin # matches on all body parts. NO RESERVE
It's a 3 owner Jeep, the owner's dad passed it down to him and he's traveling most of the year so the jeep is been sitting for the last 2 years.
The body is extremely clean for the year, there is 0 rust on the body, the fenders, the doors, the windshield frame are all rust free.
The frame is very solid. very minimal surface rust. The top is very clean with no rips.
The floor pans are rust free.
This week we replaced the whole front end suspension and brakes front to back with brand new parts with receipts. The list bellow is all stock parts, nothing has been modified.
Front end suspension all replaced ( front shocks, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar links, upper/lower control arms, Track bar
Brakes: calipers, brake pads, brake lines, rotors. Wheel alignment done after the job was completed.
In the rear:
Shocks, Brake lines, Drums, drums hardware, shoes, wheel cylinders all brand new.
The jeep runs great on the road and never been abused by the previous owner. The clutch feels solid and goes in all gears without any slipping.
Always starts from the first time. New battery installed also this week.
The tires have 70% thread on them but little old.
This Jeep comes with half doors style but with glass window instead of the zipper. They come off very easily.
It's a 1997 so it can be registered as historic in Maryland.

The bad stuff:-The wheels showing surface rust
-There is a rip in the driver seat
-Small muffler leak ( its coming from intake manifold gasket)
-Carpet in the front is cut
-No AC ( no compressor) you can instal one the plugs to the AC exist-When you open the driver door the jeep thinks thats the key is always in the ignition even when its not, so it beeps only when you open the door with the jeep off.-the skid plate that holds the gas tank is rusty-small dent on the hood-very minimal surface rust on rear door hinges *picture*
