For trade or sale - 1995 Jeep Cherokee Country XJ 4-Door SUV (NOT A 4x4). These older XJ's are getting hard to find - ESPECIALLY not all lifted and messed with, buy this virgin and make it the way YOU want to make it!
I bought this Jeep because I THOUGHT it was a 4x4 until it got delivered to my house and discovered it wasn't. I wanted to make a off-road 4x4 project for myself, but I need a 4x4/4WD Jeep (because of time right now). BUT you can make it into a 4x4 for around $1,000.00-$1,200.00, then this Jeep is worth ALL the money!
Runs & Drives good for it's age. It does have a newer radiator and thermostat, I just changed the valve cover gasket because it was leaking. Interior is ok shape with some burn issues from someone messing around (see pic), needs a good cleaning, body is decent with some paint fade and paint pealing on the roof, minor dents, a few scrapes, etc.

All power, Cold A/C, cruise control, tilt wheel, airbag, 4.0L high output inline 6 cyl, automatic transmission, roof-rack, tinted windows, towing package, 160k miles, etc.

These are some of the things that need to be attend to sooner then later:
  • Has the usual exhaust manifold leak at the Y part of the header ($175.00 for a new one, not included)
  • Needs upper freeze plug on rear of head (it has a really slow leak - freeze plug included, but you install)
  • Looks like it will need the power steering high pressure line (about $40.00 - not included)
    • Great Jeep for the price with a little TLC. Seems these are getting hard to find. Clean title in hand ready for new owners.
