The person who wins the bid will need to have it towed due to these issues. The vehicle is not inspectable in this condition. The good news is like I said it runs and drives fine. It shifts through all gears. Clutch feels solid. Also the hardtop is in good shape. The body is is pretty good shape as well. It is a Wrangler and there are an tons of places to get aftermarket parts and make this vehicle whole again. Just the pair of doors can be sold for $500 plus on eBay. The hardtop around $600.
