2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ

this is a 2002 Wj with about 236. 00 miles on it. it was aprox $32. 00 when bought brand new. when i had got it from the owner. he hid some information from me. the repairs done to it are as followsMAJOR REPAIRS:$3000 in front axle overhaul 6. 00 mi put on since overhaul$250 in replacing the transfer case(Quadra trac II) (75. 00 mi from the donor Jeep) now has 83. 00 mi total$100 in getting a newer front drive shaft (100. 00 mi from the donor Jeep) now has 108. 00 mi total. $250 for a front drive shaft rebuild. 200 miles after rebuild. MINOR REPAIRS:alternator replacedwater pump replacedpower steering pump replacedBattery replacedA/C Compressor replacedRear window actuators both sides replacedADD ONS BY ME:K&N cold air intake bought from SummitRacing. com3 D- ring shackles. 2 in front 1 on the back placed in the hitch. '07 Jeep Wrangler 16" rims (5)Overland side "rock guards" glass pack6000 K xenon headlightsPROBLEMS:no heat. blend door for the heat wont open ($1200 worst case scenario)no remote door unlock. lost ($95 for one)driver side. side view mirror cracked at top. still useable but it only dims bottom half ($500)driver side. seat is not fully funtional. ask for details ($ unknown)hood lifters dont hold up hood ( approx $40 for one)even though new alternator. the alternator makes same wizing sound when revving engine as original one. only happens in the extreme cold. after engine heats up sound goes away. i have pulled the serpentine belt off to see if the noise continues. no noise from alternator. problems wise thats just about it.
