I have had this jeep for three years and used it very little. When I first bought it I had a body shop respray it with epoxy paint in the original color. There is no body work anywhere except on the roof where there was some surface rust. Those areas now are starting to show up again. I installed a 2 1/2" lift which included 4 new shocks. At the same time I put the tires on and they still look like new. The jeep runs perfectly smooth and strong. The engine pulls hard thru all the gears. The transmission is smooth and tight. I had a shop rebuild it using a performance clutch pack for towing that also included a large stand alone oil cooler. The transfer case works perfectly and shifts as it is designed. All of the typical issues with these jeeps have been addressed. The catalytic converter and muffler has been replaced. The harmonic balancer has been replaced. The fuel filter and fuel line replaced. spark plugs. wires and even the distributer is new. The front rotors. pads and hubs are new. There are no warning lights on and the engine light is not on. The air conditioner works and cools appropriately. All of the fluids have been changed except for the brake fluid. The battery was replaced 2 months ago. The oil pressure gauge does not work. I changed the actual gauge and the sending unit and it still does not work. The side mirrors are from a newer model as well as the rear speaker bridge. The stereo is a kenwood and it has four speakers that are upgraded but I don't remember the brand. The jeep is ready to go where ever you want it too. There is a small oil leak that has recently developed. I think it coming from the valve cover but not sure. Over night it leaves a drop about the size of a quarter.
