1977 Jeep CJ5 Renegade Sport Utility 2-Door 5.0L

This Jeep has been taken down to frame and rebuilt and we have not spared any coin in the process. The Jeep has the best of the best on it. When we took it down to the frame we had the frame sandblasted and painted with a high end epoxy primer. Then we painted it with a super bright orange. Then coated with clear coat. The pics show no justice on how bright the orange really is! Then we put new brake drums. brakes and brake line on the back. The front disc brakes are all new also with new rotors. calipers. pads. master cylinder. nbsp;and stainless lines. Then replaced wheel bearings and front hubs with Warn hubs. Then we replaced all shocks with Rancho RS5000. We put a new fuel tank in with new sending unit. fuel lines and a new Holly electric fuel pump. Then also added a stainless skid plate under tank. Put chrome diff covers on front and back. As for the tub and body parts. We took down the tub and sand blasted it. Cut out any rust we could find and welded back in new steel. Then we gave it a coat of epoxy primer and had the bottom and inside painted with bed liner. The outside was then painted black with clear coat. The hood is new along with the Poison Spyder fenders. It also has a new windshield. with all new stainless hardware along with the hood hardware. We had a graphics company do the Black. White and Grey Camo. They told us that it could be taken of and not hurt the paint if wanted. We custom built the roll cage and added all new Corbeau seats. seat brackets. seat belts and center console. The dash is all aluminum with new Iequus gauges and a push button start. Then we put in a new steering column made by Ididit with a grant steering wheel. The steering box and shaft are all new also. We put a new Painless wire harness in and new led lights on the back. It also has two new KC lights on the front. The bumpers are both new smittybuilt brand with a new XR 9. 00 winch. This Jeep is sitting on new 15 inch Pro Comp wheels with Good year 35x12. 50x15 MTR's. For the engine. I had Tuff Dawg engine builders build me a performance AMC 360 for it. I used them because they had a lot of knowledge of the AMC engines. They went the extra mile and opened up oil gallys and ran a extra oil line under the intake to give the back of engine the needed oil. This engine has a Pro Comp performance cam. Edelbrook high rise intake. nbsp;and a 600 cfm carb with electric choke. Also has a DUI Performance distributor with all new aluminum serpentine belt system. Then the power steering pump. water pump and alternator was put on new. For the exhaust we put on fender exit Headman Headers chrome with stainless Magna Flow mufflers. Lets just say we have $25. 00 in it with out any labor added into it. We have driven this jeep around 900 miles or so since it has been built to make sure all is well.
