I've owned this Citroen since about 1973 and am the 2nd owner. It was a Citroen company car (used by the President's wife I'm told) and bought from Citroen when the company gave up the US market, hrough one of its mechanics who was caring for another Citroen I owned. It has been maintained over the years by former Citroen mechanics and garaged in New York City. I have used it mostly for highway driving. Over the years many parts have been replaced including most of the hydraulic system and I have the service records for the car. It is in good mechanical condition. The only parts that do not work are the AC and the gas gauge. Also I have used red fluid in the car since I had trouble finding greenfluid years agoand my mechanic told me he didn't believe there was any different effect on the hydraulic system. It still draws a crowd when I drive it but there is rust on the bottom of the doors, scratches on the passenger side doorsand some of the upholstery has warn spots. It's available to be seen at my garage which is in New York City in the east 80's. This is a car for someone who wants to own or restore a classic vehicle.
