2007 Yukon Denali - LOADED

(Just took $3k off price. Want to sell ASAP!)
I bought this two months ago at dealership, ut a little work into it to fix everything up, ut I can't keep it. Was going to use it to pull an RV trailer, ut we decided to keep our driving RV instead of getting a trailer.
What I have done: New paint job, ew engine mounts, ther little things like brand new custom floor mats, ew oil change. I also had interior detailed and carpets steam cleaned.
It's loaded, o loaded. Has Toe package, eather interior, remium sound, av, ackup camera, unroof and automatic folding seats. Has 3rd row seats as well.
Have had it checked out by two different mechanics and everything is tiptop. ONLY thing it needs in about a year or so is an AC belt and one other minor belt ($200 repair in all), hey said these two belts were starting to show signs of wear, ut everything else was excellent on the vehicle. You can of course have your own mechanic check it out or use a service like lemon busters.
It is so fun to drive, ou can feel the power of that v8 AWD 6.2 liter 380 HP niceness!
The blue book retail price is about 22k depending on the site and condition you list it as. I have seen them as high as 24k for similar at CarMax. I would put this at "very good" (one below the best/flawless). When you are checking options on those sites you pretty much have to check all the extra boxes (except no DVD player or grille guard, therwise all). Upgraded rims and wheels, ood tread (60% left), lus they are oversized. But I am sure you could trade them in for brand-new tires and stock GMC rims if you want to, nd probably still have cash left over (because these after market rims are pricey).
Only flaws are two on interior and one on exterior: 1) two cracks in dash that you can't really see much, nd 2) a spot on the center console that is cracked some (you can see inthe pics). The dash can be repaired fully to be flawless if you wanted to do so for $100-150 I was told by leather menders in Austin. Exterior (1): The drivers side door handle is loose on one side (still works), lip broke this week when my son yanked on it way way too hard.To fix you have to replace the handle. $20-30 part aftermarket, know because I replaced the drivers side one myself last month.
I have clean Carfax,shows nowrecks, o on. Clean title, n-hand (no car note). 2 Owner's before me. This service "AutoCheck" that ebay uses shows a "MINOR ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: NON-COLLISION"in May 2015 (prior owner) as the only mark against this vehicle, his was news to me.The key is "NON-COLLISION" on this. Does not even show up on CarFax at all. So I don't know what this was but it had to have been something tiny or a break in, here are no dents on the outside of the vehicle or any signs of any major accident that would effect anything like the frame. Really no sign of any accident. Could be as simpleas a window being busted out that needed to be replaced or something,and that is it, just don't know how to find that out.
