Selling Blue Dodge Stratus 2005 SXT Sedan (4-door) *AS IS - DOES NOT RUN*

Hello,
I am selling a 2005 SXT Dodge Stratus as is.
Condition: It is not in operable condition, he motor does not work and needs to be fixed, he thermostat does not work, he water tank is broken, t does not have it's smog certification (buyer's responsibility to pass the car for smog certification) and it has a few white marks on the front left bumper side of the car. Other than that the car is functioning like normal and does not have many obvious signs of wear and tear. Never smoked in the car or took it off-roading.
Features:Car has a working cd player, ir conditioning, nd goes up to 150 horsepower. All functions of vehicle operate like normal.
History: I am not the original owner. There was one additional owner prior to me and the car has not had any problems until recently. I purchased the vehicle in orange county, a about 5 years ago.
