Description

I looked at the value of this car on kbb.com. They have this car, ith these options, isted in fair condition, the lowest I could choose) at $2,487. I would say tihs car is in good condition because it is (mechanically) in very good codition. But, 'm being realistic. I have the reserve set way below this, ut I'm not giving it away. Cosmetically, he car doesn't look that bad either. There is no rust. Just dings. If it doesnt sell this time, will take it to Florida with me. I am only selling it because I don't want to drive 950 miles in a seprate car from my wife. I just put a new battery in it a couple days ago. fyi

For sale is a 2005 KIA Spectra5. It has relatively high mileage, ut given the year, guess it's below average. It was bought new in 2006, nd I'm the 2nd owner. I've had the car since 33,000 miles. It has been well taken care of. I'm pretty sure it was never previously smoked in, nd I am a non-smoker. The interior is in great shape, ave the knob used to unlock the back seat to lower it. (broken) No tears in the upholstery. There is an aftermarket stereo that was installed by Best Buy. It has a CD player, USB input, n aux input, nd the lightning cable for an older style iPod/iPhone.

The manuals are present, s well as some documentation. (if it matters) It is a super fun car to drive, ith the 5 speed. It runs perfectly. I put new engine belts on about a month ago. They slightly squeal at start up. (guess I did not tighten them enough) I replaced the front engine mount about a year ago. The front brake pads/rotors were changed last year. The tires have about 15k on them. The flex pipe and the front cat were replaced about 6 months ago. The Pa inspection is good until October.

Take this car for what it is. Fun! Over the past 3 or 4 years, t's been scratched, inged, it (kissed) by a snow plow, an insignificant dent, iven the other blemishes) and pelted by hail. These incidents led to the bulls eyes. There is no rust on the car, ave on the wiper arms. There is no key fob. The original crapped out, nd I never replaced it.

There is an issue with the front passenger side electric door lock. It works, sometimes). When it actuates to unlock the door, t buzzes. I think that it's hitting a limitor something. Also, he power window switch on the same door is not working. The window goes up and down just fine with the driver side switch. Again, his being my number 2 vehicle, didn't worry about fixing it. Anyway, t gives the car character. The passenger side fog light bulb is blown. The bulb is like $8. If you pay someone to change it, hey want over $50! It's not hard to change. Just a pain. You have to pull part of the fender well off, o get in there. My simple fix was, on't turn them on. The observant viewer will also notice there is no battery. Just my luck, decide to sell the car, nd the battery dies. So, y the time the auction is over, t will have a new battery. (Everstart from Walmart) It has never been in any major accidents.

It has a clean title. I'll even leave the 75 (acually its up a little more since i originally listed the car) cents in the ashtray.I would put another 100k on it, ut we are moving out of state.

Thanks for looking!
