2006 Kia Sedona Ex 136k Cold A/C Many new parts! Great Daily Driver!

136xxx miles. Daily driver. Super spacious and comfy. Great A/C.
Many new parts including engine seal, alternator, battery, front lower control arm. Recent transmission service.
Known issues:
Check engine light is on as of 8-1-16 and code is stating the catalytic converter is not performing to spec.(may need catalytic converter replaced in future) Van still drives well. No other dash lights on.
Keyless entry pads not working. (May need new batteries). Passenger rear door lock is functional from interior only.
Driver seat needs to be resecured on front however is still fully functional.
Major scratch down passenger side from previous owner.
Interior is in average condition with normal use wear. Minor stains, tears, etc can be expected however no major stains or tears are noted. All interior accessories currently work including charging ports, cd/cassette, climate controls including rear control option.
