This vehicle was purchased used by the City of Champaign by the Police Department. The vehicle currently has 98,041 miles and was removed from service in August 2016 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The front & rear tires have approximately 50% tread remaining.

The exterior is in fair condition. The hood has multiple light, small rock chips present. The driver side door has multiple dings/chips present. The driver side sliding door has minor dings present. The driver side rear quarter panel has a small, minor scrape present at the top edge of the rear wheel well. There are some minor dings/chips present on the rear bumper. The passenger side rear quarter panel has a small, minor scrape present at the top edge of the rear wheel well. The passenger side sliding door has minor dings present. The passenger side front door molding/trim is loose. The passenger side front fender has an approximately 3-4 inch long dent present above the top edge of the wheel well.

The interior is in good condition. There are two (2) small screw holes at the front edge of the headliner from where emergency lighting was previously mounted. There are four (4) small, rectangular cutouts on the driver side of the dash to the left of the steering column from where emergency switches were previously mounted. There are three (3) small screw holes in the top of the interior rear hatch trim from where emergency lighting was previously mounted. There are five (5) small screw holes in the passenger foot well area of the dash from where an emergency radio was previously mounted.

This vehicle was serviced on a 90-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in June 2016 at 96,622 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following items. In June 2016, the rear shock absorbers & left front outer tie rod end were replaced. The tires were also rotated & a vehicle alignment was performed. In Mar 2016, at 94,673 miles, the front brake pads, front brake calipers, front brake rotors, front brake line hoses, & both front wiper blades were replaced. In Dec 2015, at 93,362 miles, the rear brake pads, rear brake rotors, & rear brake calipers were replaced. In June 2015, at 89,207 miles, the left rear tire was repaired. In Aug 2014, at 82,424 miles, the right rear tire was repaired. In Dec 2013, at 76,965 miles, the front tires were replaced. In Nov 2013, at 76,389 miles, the battery was replaced. Also in Mar 2013, at 65,985 miles, the windshield was replaced. In Dec 2012, at 61,792 miles, the heater hose assembly was replaced. In Nov 2012, at 61,154 miles, the front tires were replaced. In Jun 2012, at 54,658 miles, the radiator cap was replaced & the right rear tire was repaired. In May 2012, at 53,055 miles, the front brake pads, front rotors, rear brake pads, & rear brake rotors were replaced. In Sep 2011, at 37,266 miles, the front brake pads & front brake rotors were replaced. In Jun 2011, at 35,212 miles, all four tires were replaced & the vehicle had minor accident damage at the front of the vehicle repaired at a local auto body repair shop. Also in Jun 2011, at 35,066 miles, the battery was replaced. In May 2011, at 34,223 miles, the air conditioner hose from the compressor to the condenser was replaced & the air conditioner system was recharged. In Mar 2011, at 32,913 miles, the blower motor was replaced. In Dec 2010, at 30,126 miles, the front wiper blades were replaced. In Sept 2010, at 28,293 miles, the front brake rotors, front brake pads, rear brake rotors, & rear brake pads were replaced. In Aug 2010, at 25,456 miles, the right rear tire was repaired. In Mar 2010, at 20,494 miles, the rear wiper arm assembly & rear wiper blade were replaced. Also, the vehicle had minor accident damage at the front of the vehicle repaired at a local auto body repair shop.

This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location.

The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process. We cannot accept “Buy It Now” offers or trades.
