2003 GMC Yukon XL - 127k Incredible Condition

This is really an amazing truck and I get the thumbs up constantly from people on the road due to its condition. I can almost guarantee that you cannot find another Yuke in this condition that isn't on some dealers lot for like 12k (there is one on here for sale at Autonation same color same condition for $10k) If you do find one cleaner you should buy it because these are incredible trucks that last forever and really difficult to find in this condition. (original owner owned it until 2014 with all service records on Carfax.)

Extremely low 127k (I just checked the other trucks on here and most of them have double),
- 5.3 V8, power mirrors, windows seats, dual climate control
- 22" Ultra Wheels with new tires and zero road rash
- 20% tint all around
- ice cold A/C front and rear,
- Audiovox rear seat DVD system with headphones and brand new DVD player,
- near perfect seats 9/10, near perfect carpets 8/10, 3rd row 10/10
- No accidents, clean Carfax in hand and title in hand and its already smogged on file with DMV. Tags until June 2017
We had new tires put on, new brakes, and just had the rear differential, transmission, oil, and power steering serviced (on Carfax as well). At that time they said there was some minor seepage underneath so we had that fixed as well.
Fires up every time and drives exactly as it should, shifts exactly as it should. No shakes, no shimmies, no drips no leaks no weird noises... All the lights work, all the gauges work. This isn't your typical Craigslist junk. Body is straight and Pewter Metallic paint is incredibly good for being 13 years old. I do believe the original owner did respray the hood as I can feel a little roughness on the underside of it but other than that I haven't seen any paint or body work. There is one very minor scrape on rear passenger door molding (pictured) and has a lazy gas gauge that doesn't actually start reading until you start driving. Never fixed it because there really isn't anything to fix. There are minimal paint chips on the hood. But really there are no disappointments with this truck.
We are not dealers, and not in the business to sell cars but I have owned a couple of these andknow the issues they have. The front end is tight, although driving on 22's do come with tire noise., and except for the lazy gas gauge there are zero issues.

We bought this truck to be our 3rd vehicle and it's been great. We just moved to a new house and have two new cars so the Yuke has been sitting on the street as it is too big to fit in our driveway (we didn't realize our driveway was so going to be so short). I don't want it just sitting in the sun and nobody really drives it unless we are going to soccer practice so we really have no use for it anymore. (Plus there is a parking war going on in our new neighborhood :-/)
NOTE - we are a licensed foster home and cannot just let anyone into our home due to privacy issues. We will have to meet outside our gates until we can vet out who it is coming around. Letting everyone know that ahead of time so they don't think it is some sort of scam.
