Chevy Astro van (AWD) Regency Custom Coach

Up for auction is a 2003 Chevy Astro (AWD) van. VIN #1GBEL19X33B112355. This is a two owner van and is a daily driver. The van has many options above and beyond the original factory options, the list is too extensive to list everything however I will do my best to list most. The van has a tow package and has only been used for occasional light trailer towing. The original MSRP price after Regency's upgrades can be seen on the original build sheet. This is valued at over $45,700. I purchased it from the original owner. This van is beautiful and needs nothing (other than noted here) that I am aware of. Maintenance has been done regularly. New air and oil and filter has been done every 3-4k miles religiously. This van has not been abused with NO accidents and has been mindfully and professionally maintained on a regular basis. The plus's .....new fuel tank pump, new exhaust system including muffler and catalytic converter within the last 3 months, new front wheel bearing/hub, new rear shocks, newer tires. I have spent well over $1200 recently on maintenance. The center captain chairs have individual DVD players, rear bench seat folds down flat for sleeping, overhead video tape player /tv, a 120 VAC inverter included, seperate rear seat AM-FM stereo, custom rear/side window adjustable blinds. Interior 'Mood' lighting. Built in center console insulated cooler with electric hot/cold cup holders. For a list of all the options see the last photo of original build sheet from Regency. Tires have about 65-70 percent tread remaining and are a full match set as required by AWD vehicles. The minus's.... only items I know that any new owner might want to do is, recharge the air conditioning (never been recharged or serviced) and some minor repair to the left side step trim along with some slight fiberglass stress cracks (see photo). The wheels have some pitting however could be cleaned up. The rear bumper has a few scuffs and can be repaired. One small spot of surface rust (dime size) is by right front bumper, this is only surface rust. The van has always started immediately and run smooth with no skipping or hesitations. The van tracks straight down the road with no pulling to either side. The brakes are firm and near top of pedal. Tires have been rotated regularly and always have been wearing equally. The exhaust was changed because it was not going up hills as easily as it should. There are NO leaks of any kind and fluids have been checked on a regular basis. Location is in central western Ct and I will not ship this. Buyer is to pickup after a full Paypal payment is received and transfered. This van is being sold as is. Again, this is a reliable vehicle and has always been babied. The reason I am selling this is I just have too many cars and need to cut back. An immediate non-refundable deposit via Paypal payment is required from the final buyer. This van is being advertised locally and may be removed if sold. There is a VCR in the overhead cabinet that had a tape stuck in it, this might need some attention. The two individual DVD players on the seat backs have never been used and appear in new condition. I see no reason why they would not play fine. A second set of headphones is included however one of the ear cushions is missing. I have done my best to describe everything I know about this van as accurate as possible. If you are not happy with this van, than I am not happy.
