2000 Ford Excursion XLT ( Engine needs to be repaired or replaced.)

This is a 2000 ford excursion that I purchased about two years ago with the intention of replacing the engine, in that time I found another one and do not have need for the both, so if you feel up to doing a little work this would make a very nice truck. The story with the engine is the person that I got it from removed the front part of the engine to replace the timing chains once he got it all apart he realize that he bit off more then he could chew and thats when I purchased it, he said that everything is there that he removed from the engine so my idea was to just replace the hold engine and not worry about what is or is not their, now you can see why i said repair or replace.
