2002 CHEVY AVALANCHE 2500 4WD No Reserve NR

Up for sale is a 2002 Chevy Avalanche 2500 4x4, it was a local trade and had only 1 owner.
You are looking at a¾ ton Avalanche not a½ ton one the engine,transmission, brakes, rear end, cooling and suspension are all upgraded to be more durable!
This is a REAL truck, 8.1 liter ENGINEis the same as the one used in a 26ft Uhaul truck! It has the torque you need to tow just about anything! It fires right up with no rattles or shakes. No smells or leaksthat we have seen. When driving you can feel the power by the quick response to the gas pedal,truck runs great . The TRANSMISSION shiftssmooth and feels exactly as it should, no delays or hesitation at all! The SUSPENSION feels good and goes over the bumps smoothly as to be expected of a truck this size. The STEERING is good but does have a slight play in it, about an inch or so, that maybe because of tires and alignment but want to mention it here. That brings us to the TIRES, they are about 30% and roar asyou go down the road, they are the weakest point in the whole truck, replacement will make the truck quieter and smoother which it already is! The 4WD works as it should in low and high gears engages and disengages smoothly. Exhaust sounds nice and throaty and being a southern truck it hasNO RUST!! The BODY is straight with no dents or damage, the drivers door has a little clear coat peeling and the passenger side has some scratches that will probably buff out. The tailgate is in good shape as is the bed. It is missing the slats that cover the bed so those would needreplacing if you wanted. The HEADLIGHTS are cloudy as are the fog lights but they all work perfectly, one tail light has a crack in it. The running board on the passenger side seems a little low but that may just be me! Tow hitch is present. The INTERIOR is in very nice shape, the drivers seat shows wear and the cushion is flat with a small tear. The center armrest is worn from years of comforting someones right arm but not terrible. The lid also comes off if youopening but I do not see anything broken. The rest of the interior is in very good shape and the power windows,AC, door locks, cruise control, andpower outlets all work as they should. the drivers door key does not work and it does not have a key fob, but that can be taken care of easily. Overall the truck is great mechanically, and only has minorcosmetic issues that are easy to fix. We try to provide our vehicles in mechanically sound shape and leave the rest to you and this truck definitely fits that, however all repairs can be done for the buy it now price with a repairtime of 1 week.
