2004 Nissan 350z convertible one owner red automatic no reserve

Helping sell girlfriend's car. She is original owner from new. Car has mostly been garaged at home and at work. We did have front and rear fascias repainted and outside mirrors plus we had panel behind seats repainted, but paint has failed as it had done from original paint. Since having lower bumpers redone we have scuffed them up yet again. The Modello rims were put on soon after purchase as was the custom grill. Tires front are 245/35/zr19, rear size are 275/35/zr19. Tires all have a lot of tread still. Car drives just like new and is not for the faint of heart. Engine pulls like a mother and car fly's straight down the highway. Car has 144784 miles. Transmission shifts as it should. Air conditioner still ice cold. Had entire convertible top and mechanism replace by Nissan about 4 years ago at great expense, but operates perfectly once again. Somehow top has gotten a 2 inch tear as pictured, but does not leak water from rain or during car wash. Otherwise very clean condition. Have many receipts for all services that have been performed on car even have original window sticker. Navigation is not currently working, including the door for screen not closing. Has original stereo with radio, sounds great but CD changer not operating. The small holes in otherwise very clean carpet are due to my gals ridiculous stilettos. Only other item I can think of mentioning is oil pressure gauge is not working correctly, shows way to much pressure but was checked at Nissan and told not to fix as was to costly. Additional note from owner, in my first year of ownership the front passenger side fender was hit at slow speed and repaired, but I just noticed while photographing that the inner fender is missing, not sure why but this does not impact driving in any way.
