Recent maintenance includes carbon removal from the intake valves (direct injection engine thing), and replaced cam follower, replaced radiator, thermostat, coolant lines, replaced both CV axles, most every suspension bushing, sway bar end links, and tie rods.
Here's a list of modifications and upgrades that I have done to the car (all within the past 30k miles with receipts).
Suspension and Brakes; Bilstein Sport shocks and struts, H&R Super Sport springs, all new mounting hardware, strut bearings, and bushings related to shocks/struts, new S3 control arm bushings, Hotchkiss 27mm adjustable rear sway bar. Slotted rotors, EBC Yellow Stuff pads, braided lines, Tyrol Sport caliper stiffening kit.
Engine and Exhaust; APR multi program stage 2+ tune, new VW high pressure fuel pump with Autotech internals, new fuel filter, CTS intake, BSH Competition pcv catch can, full 3" turbo back exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, Golf R intercooler, upgraded diverter valve, PODI color matched boost gauge, new radiator and thermostat.
While I have not had my car on a dyno, setups similar to mine reliably make 270-280hp and 320-330ft/lb torque.
Other stuff; nearly new TSW Holeshot forged wheels with Continental Extreme Contact DW tires, OEM Euro tail lights with rear fog light, OEM Euro R-line front end, euro spec light switch with all programing done for front and tail lights, OEM roof rack, OEM first aid kit, OEM HID headlights, HID fog lights, new headliner, also have a VAG-Com that can go with the car too.
I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting about the car... I'll add it as I remember. As I said earlier, I have been very diligent with the upkeep on this car and its been loved. I have over $7000 in receipts for just parts that I have put into the car in the past 1.5 years. I was planning on keeping this car for a very long time. But I had to buy a new truck and can't justify keeping the Jetta at this point in my life. The interior is in great shape, everything works as it should. The paint is nice and shiny, but it does have some door dings and the front bumper has rock chips typical to a vehicle with this mileage, I have tried to capture those best I could in the pictures. Any questions about the car please reach out to me and I'll be happy to answer them.
