1951 Chevrolet COE Cab Over Truck. 16,000 pound capacity with a PTO hydraulic powered lift box. It appears that all of the engine is there, The starter and generator are here and the radiator looks solid.although it has not ran in quite a while. The 4 speed transmissionseems to be ok, I did move the shifter around to all positions and it feltand sounded right, The rear end is ok, It does roll freely with no grinding or issues,Steering column is good, Tires hold air, Theyhave been up for quite a while even thought they do have some age cracking. The frame is solid and free from any rust issues or decay, The wooden bed shows its age but is still attached. The PTO system for the bed is all there and I see no damage or repairs that would make me think that it doesn't work. There are 2 rust holes both are at the rear of the cab ( see photos). The instrument cluster is all intact. Cab is solid, the door latches open and close ok, Even the hood rod still works .When we bought this truck our intent was towork on this cool old truck and make it into somethingor pull it back, But our target has moved and it no longer fits in our schedule. Take advantage of what we alreadysearched outand take over this project.
