1955 Chevy 4 door converted to a 2 door. I did all of the work to this car. the pics of the car in primer was rite after i did the conversion and was finishing the body work. this car was a vary solid 4 door car when i bought it. The floor pans, trunk pan, and floor braces are all good. I owned a body shop for 10 years. There is no motor or transmission in car and none comes with it. this is a roller. It has a 1955 Buick rear end. front has disc brake conversion, rear leaf spring have been relocated to the inside of the frame rails with a kit to fit a wider wheel and tire. frame has been painted with POR15. The doghouse is 2 fiberglass fenders and a steel hood that i panel bonded together and made a 1 piece doghouse. it is a tilt doghouse. I have all of the glass except the rear side windows. doors open and shut great like they should. trunk is the same. Trunk floor had a little rust on the sides and i cut out and welded some small patches in as seen in pics. body is all painted black and cleared with Satin clear coat. also known as base/clear. body and paint is a 8 out of 10. this will make a great driver. steering wheel and manual gear box. I have a lot of time in this car but I have lost interest. I do not have to sell. the car has the rear end installed and comes with the wheels in the pics when in primer. car has been taken to State police and has had a title modification done to change title to a 2 door. please do not bid if you can not pay.
