No reserve! First bid owns it!
1960 Ford F100 short bed pickup project. This truck last saw the road in 1986 and was parked then as a project that would never get started. 292 v8, 3 on the tree. Engine was free as of last year however I have not touched it since. I did not try to start it.The body is in fair shape however it does need some rust repair as most original trucks of this age would. The fenders were repaired at some point but were poorly done. Rockers and cab corners will need attention. Both A pillars will need attention. The step on each side of the cab will need to be replaced. The floor was patched and should be repaired correctly, or it could be run as is with some minor repairs. Bed is decent but does have some small pinholes. The hood hinges are in need of lubrication, which is why the hood is partially open in the picture. I opened it to get engine pics last week and it got hung up there and I didn't want to damage the hood pushing it down so I let it cracked a little bit. Driver's door catches the fender when you open it, and as of now the latch isn't cooperating on the passenger's door.Interior is nice however it does need a cleaning. Tires hold air but are dry rotted and are flat within a day. Overall this truck would be a great restoration project or with some minor repairs a rat rod shop truck. I planned on repairing the floors, lowering it a little bit, and throwing a set of American racing wheels on leaving the body original, however that never happened and other projects gotin the way. It is an awesome truck and a harder one to come by. Mileage is somewhere around 63k if I remember correctly. No keys as of right now, if Ifind them they are yours.Reserve is extremely reasonable, clean PA title in hand that will need to be transferred. $250non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of the auction's end through paypal. Delivery may be available for a fee but please ask before bidding or I can work with your transporter. Remaining balance in cash and pickup within 7 days of the auction's end in Bally PA 19503 unless arrangements are made prior to bidding. License plate will be removed. Any questions please ask, and happy bidding! Thanks!
