1993 300 CE Convertible, 3.2 L --- 55K miles

Beautiful 1993 300 CE with the classic 3.2, 217 HP, straight six. This low production model with folding top will most likely continue to increase in value. A Buyer's Guide book by Frank Barrett states "This car is a low production model with a folding top, so as a future classic its a no-brainer. Cash in that sluggish mutual fund . You're not getting any younger." This car was purchased in Ohio with and in 2002 bought and registered in Arizona with 32,669 miles. The 2nd owners lived in both Arizona and California. The car was reported to spend most of its time in CA. The previous owner removed the original head lights and replaced them with later model lights. I have the old lights that will go with the car. There is some white tape over holes where the old headlights attach (see photo). The car drives out sweet and is very solid, especially for a convertible. The top goes up and down as it should and is in excellent condition. It has a radio, cassette and CD changer in the trunk. It works fine as does the cruise control. When you start the car there is a seat belt butler (my terminology) that passes the seat belt to you so you don't have to reach back. There are two heavy duty roll bar type columns behind rear seats that can be put up or down with a switch. The outside temperature gauge does not work. I have not looked into a repair as I do not use. All windows work as does heat and AC. The previous owner found a small leak and had the head gasket replaced in April 2015. At that time spark plugs, coolant hoses to the radiator, coolant and brake fluid was changed. Tires were installed on 1-3-2013 with 51,089 miles. I will give you all the records I have on the car. I do not have oil change records although there is mention of service on 2015 Car Fax I have. I have not changed the oil but if you are doing a fly/drive trip for the car I will change it for you. Glass is clear and in great condition. One rim has some rash but the other 3 are very clean. This car is a beautiful cruiser that goes well when you step down on her. Its a really solid, well built and heavy car. It comes with 2 keys and a valet key, original books, records and original brochure.If you have questions I will answer ASAP.
