2001 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 SERVICE BODY 9' bed Utility dream work truck great truck 1 ton dually NEW: within 8 months tires(Yokohama geolandar h/t-s), stainless steel brake lines, brakes, alternator, belt, idler pulleys,all 4 O2 sensors . Bottom part of cab and entire outside of bed have 3 coats of white rustoleum rubber applied with 2 coats of clear over that. the very bottom of cab, be, and inside of bed have herculiner brand bed liner applied. the bottoms and sides of the tool boxes have 3 coats of spray rustproofing applied. The inside of the boxes have black rubber applied. The inside of the boxes iv always had masonite style boards down to protect the rubber from the tools(the white bottoms you can see in the pics). the bed always has a sheet of ext plywood down to protect the bedliner. A new piece of diamond plate was coated on the bottom with bedliner then placed in the bed and the top side was then coated as well. All new lights on the bed includeing the 4 super bright L.E.D. stop,turn,tail lights. Stainless steel wheel covers. Extendable outside mirrors. Runs very good. Perfect rubber floors. Foldable back seat. Dual gas tanks. I did all this to this bed because new they are over $9,000. Iv had a number of these trucks all the same, they last a long time, my other one has 300k on it. Each one had the same problem,, with the duel tanks there are duel senders, duel pumps and a transfer pump,(all replaced),the gauge reads 75% of the time. Emissions exempt.
