Volvo P1800 1800 1800E P1800E

This is a good little car for restoration. It is a two owner car with the same owner since 1977. Car had always been in Florida. Has not been driven since 1998 but was running when parked. To be clear car is currently not running. The engine will turn over by hand. I have not tried to start the car. My plan was to have my mechanic get it running and driving but I have too many other Volvos that I'd like to get running first. I don't think it would take much though to get it back on the road again. Has a good Florida title that has been signed by previous owner.Tires are brand new. Car needs body work and paint. Worst of rust in rear lower panel under trunk lid and rear lower fender on drivers side. I'm including lightly used NOS repair panels for both of these areas. Hood also needs replaced. I have a good used one that I'll be including.
