This is a super clean, hard to find Toyota Corolla. 1996 is a great year for these cars and finding them in this condition is very difficult these days. This is the year when Toyota was making cars that were easy to service and designed to last a lifetime.
This is the DX model which is an edition that has the better 1.8 motor, the over drive transmission, power windows and locks, mud flaps, bigger wheels, air conditioning, floor mats, and this one has woodgrain and the gold emblem package.
Runs and drives excellent with no known or apparent mechanical issues. Super Clean under the hood both top and bottom. It has been meticulously maintained as shown on the carfax history report. Lots of newer parts. Trans shifts great no issues. Engine doesn't smoke or appear to use oil. no overheating, hard starting or anytjing odd. Cv boots look to be in good shape. It feels like you would expect from a well maintained 20 year old car with 120k on it, without any issues.
Looks-wise its very very clean, paint glows and is smooth to touch, weatherstripping is all still soft, no rust or signs of corrosion anywhere. There is a bit of paint fade on the roof which is shown in the picture and YouTube video linked below. There are some very minor dings which aren't very evident unless looking closely and some minor scratches not worth mentioning. Interior is sanitary, no rips or stains. No evidence or signs of pets or smoking at all. AC blows cold. Rear passenger window isn't working and front drivers seat cushion is a little worn.
Tires are in good shape, all four are matching firestone, rear look to be 70 to 80 percent tread, while fronts are a bit lower around 35 to 50 percent.
