RUST FREE 1951 BUICK ROADMASTER "RIVIERA" DYNAFLOW SERIES 70 SEDAN RUNS WELL...

Up for Bid... 1951 BUICK ROADMASTER SERIES 70 "RIVIERA" DYNAFLOW AUTOMATIC SEDAN in original running condition. NO RUST on this car and only a couple of minor dings but no dents. The paint is mostly original, with some amateur touch-up in a couple of areas. It has flaws with some spydering/chips/fading in places but looks great for its vintage as the pictures show.She draws a crowd at car meets even with much high end/restoredvehicles due to being original and her patina. This rare survivor runs drives, shifts,and stops well but is over 65 years old and could use gaskets/seals redone due to deterioration from age as well as a complete tune-up.Please checkout the video below tohear it running.I replaced the fuel pump and put in new plugs just recently. Have to prime it after it sits for a while to start it up but once it runs for a while it is fine. The carburetor could use a cleaning/kit and the inline filter should be changed as I cleaned it as best I could. The manifold gasket also needs replacement resulting in a somewhat noisy motor while running and there is a small crack in the manifold which has been patched sometime in the past.The interior is about as nice as you will find with only a slight tear in the back of the rear seat.Dash, headliner,door panels, and seats are excellent for their age. The radio takes a while to warm upand works good but the speaker is shot(sounds dreadful). Sheet metal isin amazing condition overall and only the front bumper chrome is flaky in spots with minor touch-up in a few places.There is a crack in the moustache just to the right of the hood emblem. Tires are in fair condition with good tread but minor cracking on sideways due to age.Windshield is cracked and a couple vent windows could use replacing. I am including a spare tinted windshield and a couple ofgood vent windows as part of this auction. The windshield has a small chip and wiper scuff but these can be fixed easily by a certified windshield expert. Overall this old Buick is about as nice an original as you will come across. My reserve isquite low in terms of the cars value and reflects the minor work needed to deal with the above issues.
