Saab 9-3 2.0 Turbo

Looking to sell my 2003 Saab 9-3 in overall good condition. It is currently registered in NY though it is not inspected. Passed the safety but failed emissions. The codes were related to the thermostat, coolant temp sensor and mass air flow sensor. I replaced all the parts but I still can't seem to get the code to clear. Aside from this small issue, the car runs fine and drives well. However, the car has several minor, easily fixable discrepancies that I am obliged to acknowledge for the sake of disclosure.
*Check engine light is on/Emissions (see above)*Heated seat on the driver's side doesn't work, could be a simple fuse or disconnected wire. Passenger side seems to work fine!*AM/FM radio antenna is broken so stations do not come in at all. Another pretty easy fix.*CD player doesn't seem to work*Part of the trim on the dash broke off (see pictures)*No fog lights, wipers on headlights do not work.*Windshield wipers work but the fluid doesn't spray (could be a bad pump motor)*Steering feels like it might need an alignment
Those are the things I can remember off the top of my head. Buyer will make a $100 repost via PayPal within 48 hours of auction end. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and pick up.
