2011 lexus ES-350, 20k miles-like new

My grandmother purchased this car new and drove it for the first 15k. I received this car in 2104 and have added the additional miles.
The car has always been garaged and was always rinsed off or washed before being put in the garage, and it shows. The car is 98% perfect, with zero rust or door dings. Only flaws I could find are a small nick in the center of the rear bumper cover and the rims have a few small scuffs on them.
The car has always had weather tech floor mats, in addition to the factory mats.
The interior is perfect, with zero tears or damage, car has never been smoked in.
Included are all the factory books, keys and window sticker.
Car has always been maintained by Lexus and has never had any issues.
Rear spoiler was a dealer installed option.
