1990 Range Rover Classic, V8 3.9l. Engine just recently gave out. I think it's a bearing on the crankshaft. Needs a head gasket job as well. Honestly would be best to drop the disco 4.2l into this beast. The transmission is spot on no problems same with the transfer case and diffs. So as of right now the truck will start and can move but not very much compression. It is currently sitting. It does need to be towed.
The RRC does have a 30 watt solar panel on a move able bracket on the roof rack including a awning, gas can holder big enough for the canvas bag, and brace for the spare. I just added all this to the roof rack a few weeks ago too. The truck does have a 20amp solar controller and a 50 amp solar controller is included. Also equiped with a 200 amp deep cycle battery. I was running my refrigerator on this.
So the engine does have bosch 4 pin hole injectors that also work for the 4.2L. I had just done a thermostat, oil pan gasket and the normal tune ups.
Tires: Has BFgoodrich KO2s with only 1000 miles on them and they do have insurance on them from American Tires.
Inside I had made a frame for the bed with a head rest that can be moved up and down for a passenger seat. Also the bed frame has a ton of room underneath including a very large drawer that slides out over the tail gate when down. Materials for the bed frame is 1 inch steel tubing and aluminum diamond sheet. The mattress is foam and actually really comfy. Front seat is a mastercraft Nomad seat with Aftermarket Rubicon sliders that for heavy duty. Truck does come with extra parts AND extra materials for the inside.
Any further questions please feel free to send me a message on here. Thank you for looking!
REFRIGERATOR AND CAT NOT INCLUDED. :)
