1 OWNER 2003 Mazda MPV, NEW TIRES NO RESERVE NEEDS NOTHING MECHANICALLY

Here is a nice 1 owner Mazda MPV with 113k miles. New tires and EVERYTHING works as it should, including the A/C and e-brake. I have the owners manual, wheel locks that were never opened, and original window sticker.
The options include:
1. Power windows, locks, and mirrors2. Rear A/C and heat3. CD player4. Steering wheel controls for radio5. Cruise
Cosmetically it's not perfect. There is rust around the rear wheels and scrapes and scratches in various places around the van. The underneath is extremely clean because it was undercoated when new, please see pics.
Mechanically it needs NOTHING. It has good brakes, tires, the front end is tight, there are no clunks or strange noises while driving or going over bumps and all lights work. If you live in NY the vehicle will be inspected before it is transferred over to you.
