2001 Subaru Outback, Blue, Automatic, Runs strong

This is a solid car for someone on a budget, college student, new driver car, etc. We had this vehicle for a year for a friend from Italy to use while he was in the United States. He hasreturned home and we have no use for it anymore.
In the last months we have done the following work (by a professional mechanic with quality parts e.g. OEM, AC Delco, etc.):- New brake pads and rotors.- New brake master cylinder and fluid change.- New catalytic convertor and O2 sensors.- New left front wheel hub assembly.
Notes:- Car runs very well and drives great (much better than my 2005 Audi with 160,000 miles).- Belts have been checked and are good.- A lot of tirelife left.- Left front locks work, but need to lock the vehicle from door panel; Unlocking with key works fine.- CD head unit.- Air blows niceand cold.- Some scratches on front andrear bumper (evident inpictures).- Rust spot on left rear quarter panel.- Interior is in very good condition - no rips, etc.
