Ford E-350 diesel econoline van extended motocross *not running*

1988 Ford E 350 extended van setup for motocross. Back half is the garage which fits up to 3 dirt bikes. Front half is finished and has a fold down bench seat that can sleep 2.Van has not run in 3 years and my mechanic said it needs fuel tanks. Ran good before sitting.This van has no over driver or turbo just straight 7.3 liter diesel.Would make a greatProject for someone and a great moto van, way better than a pickup truck.
Van does *NOT* run and must be towed.
