1971 280SL Mercedes Benz

Great car. Looks very sharp and there is no known rust due to extensive "on-body" restorations at two different times (I have pictures of both restorations). The previous owner did one and I did the other. Only two owners (I'm the 2nd). All restoration and mechanical upkeep records available along with original manuals. Soft top was replaced awhile back and is in great shape. Also included are the four original wheels with new tires on the stock rims. This car has been garaged and covered since birth. Used only as a summertime driver, this car shows little wear. It drives great with no known engine or drive train deficiencies. One small hole in the canvas top near the side, but other than that it's like new. This car looks better in person than it does in the pictures. Previous owner babied this car as much as I have and provided me with all his maintenance records. Never in an accident. A beautiful car and a great driver. One last note; the previous owner changed the original color from red to silver when doing his restoration. For some reason, he chose not to include the dash.
