Automatic
Supercharged 1.8 Engine.Clear carfax, actual mileage, no accidents.

I got this car from my sister as a gift and only owning it for six months it died in on the side of the road. She always serviced it at the dealer besides for brakes and tires. The car just died...... it did not overheat or anything. Just had an oil change and everything. The car turns over but will not start.... I had someone look at it and they didn't even put back the engine cover and I am giving up on this car. I think the only thing else that was remove is the coil pack to test the spark plugs. Also the guy told me it had spark and this was six months ago. I could never figure out what was wrong with it and the car did not pull any codes on the OBD reader he used. The cost to get it back to Mercedes benz where I live and repair cost I am deciding to let it go for parts or repair.
As you can see its been sitting on the street since winter time. Some of the tires lost some air.I came back to check on the car this weekend and now its completely dead... the battery is completely dead. I live in Washington DC and so whenever you want tow the car away I will drive up to meet the buyer.
When I titled the car 6/28/2016 the car had 99,000 miles. I am unable to get the current odometer reading because the battery is complete dead. SO JUST ASSUME THE CAR HAS MORE THEN 100,000 MILES. Again battery is completely dead from letting the car sit there since it broke down in the winter.

I will need to remove the tags as well.
Car must be picked up on or by June 27. I work mornings so afternoon or evening.Tags only have a few days left until they expired and I will get tickets on the car if you don't pick it up on time.
The car stopped working in Philadelphia and I live in Washington DC, so please set up a time that works for both of us. I will drive from DC to where the car is located to complete the sale.
