1966 SS396 Chevell, has been upgraded to a 1969 427 with a 700R4 automatic transmission . This is an unrestored car that has been pampered it's whole life . This is a Michigan car without rust ! I purchased it from a long time friend who had it repainted and the interior was color changed in the early 90's . This car is almost totally rust free and retains all it's original sheet metal and trim with the exception of the two trim pieces on the lower rear quarter panels . It has a 1969 pump gas 427 with a mild lope hydraulic ca, after market duel plane intake manifol, roller tip rocker arm, SFI balance, Holley carbureto, hooker headers . It retains the original 12 bolt posi rear end with 3.73 gear added about the same time . I have been driving this car in fair weather and all I can say is what a blast . Cruises down the Hwy no problem and the fuel mileage is much better than my Hemi Car.Also included in the sale is a new set of red seat covers and medallions (rear cover hasn't showed up yet) aftermarket red lap belts . The tires and wheel are brand new as are the brake shoe, wheel cylinder, and front brake hose's . This car is also for sale local . As you can tell by my EBay name I'm more into Mopars . That being said if you see anything I have missed bring it to my attention as I am not one to try and hide or mislead anyone ! Fly or drive in and drive it hom, it's that reliable .
