1973 GMC TRUCK Low miles one owner

1973 GMC 2500 SUPER CUSTOM 3/4 ton pickup.One owner, low mileage of only 43855.!!!Im selling this truck for a friend of mine who is older and not in good health, so his family is asking me to sell this truck for them to lighten the load of classics he owns.The mileage is so low due that he drove it on short trips here in town.Well taken care of, hardly driven. Turn key and drive away.Dependable.I have receipts of all the tune ups, oil changes, brake repairs, etc.. going back for many years.
Never been in an accident.Auto transmission, power steering.
Newer brake lines and brake job,tires, and paint.All original trim.Has two gas tanks.
Some cancer on lower doors and fender wells, some on front of hood.All easily repaired.Spring inside steering column that allows red needle is slow.
Bulb for green dash board left turn signal is out. (All other lights and signals work).
AM radio, air vents, wiper blades, work fine. A/C needs some freon, but blows air when turned on.Door panels are faded and there is a crack in the middle of the dash.
Has all the original dealer pamphlets, and owners manual.
Currently registered in owners name with pink slip.
