It was just purchased when we seized it.3. After seizing the vehicle and while it was going through the court system, it was housed INSIDE until just recently.4. NEGATIVES:1. The vehicle will need a new battery.2. The vehicle has a scrape/small dent in the driver's-side front quarter panel.3. We were notified of three outstanding recalls on the vehicle; one for the steering wheel clock springs (#69L2), one for the Takata driver air bag (#16V078), and one for the headlamp socket (#14V125) . The winning bidder may take the vehicle to any dealership to service the recalls for free.4. Some rusty water dripped on the roof of the vehicle when it was stored inside. There are marks from rusty water on the roof/trunk/hood area. Also, since being outside, there is a small amount of tree sap of the vehicle. The vehicle will need to be cleaned/detailed by a professional.5. As with all of our vehicles for sale, we do not know a great deal about the service records of the vehicle (due to being seized/forfeited. Lastly, we always recommend the winning bidder change oil, transmission fluid, all other fluids, get a tune up, and have belts examined. We are not aware of any issues, however, we always recommend these maintenance precautions.

We do know that the vehicle was seized/forfeited shortly after the last owner bought the vehicle. We also have the CARFAX report, available to view upon request.
