1998 Corvette Convertible 41k ORIGINAL MILES

1998 Corvette Convertible, utomatic, nly 41,000 original miles (driven daily, ubject to change). This car DOES NOT have a salvage title, nd I'm including a picture of the title to prove it. At issue are Carfax records that are INCORRECT on this vehicle. I have a pending case with Carfax to correct their records. It is not uncommon for Carfax to have records that are incorrect. I had to list it as having a rebuilttitle because Ebay would not allow the car here unless I list the title as itcurrently appears on Carfax records. The car wasinvolved in a minoraccident in 2003. The front fender and front bumper cover was replaced. I have pictures of the car before therepairs were made, nd all service and repair records since. The car drives and tracks perfectly, nd has been driven regularly since the repairs were completed in 2003.I am including a pic of the title in this listing for your review,which shows the title to be clear, ctual mileage, tc... I would not hesitate indriving this car across the country and back.Recently updated the old radio with a new Jensen withnavigation. Paint is in excellent condition, reshly charged a/c blows very cold, ew top, ew tires. Carfax reports shows this car has a salvage title, ut that is a mistake. Car is advertised locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold through other channels or I receive an acceptable offer before this auction is over.

I am getting A LOT of questions, ostly about the title status and history. As noted, he title does not indicate it as a salvage or rebuiltvehicle, nd I have a pending case with Carfax to determine why their records conflict with what'sactually on the title. The car drives straight with no indications whatsoever of frame or tracking problems, nd I will personally guarantee that ( check my feedback file). Theengine is strong, he transmission shifts smoothly and perfectly. The car comes with a thick file folder of the car's repairs and service history, ating back at least 12 years, nd those records support the car's mileage as being accurate, s indicated on the title. Only two previous owners, oth in neighboring towns here in Virginia. The salvage event on Carfax is from Pennsylvania, hich seems odd to me since the car has always been in Virginia since it was new. The car is available for inspection and test driving if you so choose. Thanks again for all the interest.
