In 2010, hevrolet produced 294 Camaro SS Pace Car Replicas. 50 cars were sent to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to be used as Festival and Track support vehicles, 4 cars remained in Canada, nd the remaining 200 were distributed to Chevrolet dealers in the US for sale to the general public.

As the cars arrived at the Speedway, n no specific order they had their Event Window Flag Log Parking pass decalsand assigned numbers applied to the Windshield.

This car, he First Replica produced, as assigned asFestival Vehicle # 18, nd assigned to a 500 Festival Committee Board Member. I will provide along with the sale of this car the detailed documentation listing all 294 VIN numbers (to document this is #1), hich also identifies US and Canadian export cars, peedway event car #'s, nd other pertinent information as evidence of this car's history.

While in my possession, his car has been garaged in a climate controlled building, nd only driven short distances on nice days (longer trips it was carried in my enclosed car hauler), ut I won't say it has never seen rain like others, ince I had no control over it's use while in possession of the Indy 500 Festival Director during May of 2010.

This is a one-owner car, nd I drove to Indianapolis after the race to purchase the car from Ed Martin Chevrolet. The car had all supporting Event documentation and Event license plate #18 in excellent condition (photos included of documentation). The mileage on the car when I took delivery after the event was 2,068 miles. Today it has 3,272 miles. Many of these cars each year sell Above MSRP to those Indy 500 Pace Car enthusiasts who want to collect their piece of history.

The car has it's underhood Fuse box cover autographed by Helio Castroneves (2010 Indy 500 Pole Winner) and Dario Franchitti (2010 Indy 500 Race Winner). A spare cover is included if you wish to only used the autographed cover at Car shows to prevent heat damage to the autographs which were done in Silver Sharpie.

Factory Pace Car options for the Z4Z packageincluded : SS/RS package, .2-liter V8 engine with 400 hp (298 kW / 406 PS) and 410 lb-ft (555 Nm) of torque, onnected to a six-speed paddle shift automatic, pecial paint/stripe package, ndy 500 and IMS event graphics, pecial painted engine and interior parts, nd embroidered head rests with the Indy 500 event logo.

In all-original condition as she left the Speedway after the race.... Except for one thing. I have had a Corsa Pace Car version Cat-Back Stainless Steel exhaust and muffler package installed for that little extra growl ($1,200 option). I will include the original factory take-off exhaust if you want to retain it, ut note it is in one piece - cat-back pipe and mufflers welded from the factory (you will need to coordinate shipping and handle costs if not taking local delivery).
