2001 Nissan Altima GXE

2001 Nissan Altima GXE 4-cylinder automatic from Illinois. Selling it because I no longer need it. This car is ideal for someone looking for a simple, ow-maintenance vehicle that has been regularly and faithfully maintained. All known issues have been noted below.
The car has 165xxx miles and features:
Clean, ray cloth interior (non-smoker)
Power seat
Power steering and brakes
Power windows
Power door locks
Power side mirrors
Professionally installed aftermarket stereo with CD, UX, ideo and MP3 playback (Clarion VZ309 with remote)
Cruise Control
Air Conditioning (A/C)
Woodgrain trim
Passed emissions test in Illinois in September 2015.
Recent oil change (less than 600 miles ago)
Tires in good shape - 2x GoodRide Radial SP06 on front wheels (80%), x Goodyear Viva 2 and 1x Goodyear Allegra on rear wheels (70%).
Brakes at about 50%.
Alternator replaced mid-2014.
Head gasket replaced mid-2015.
Known issues:
--Muffler has developed a loud leak. Received a quote of $200 for replacement muffler and installation. Car's price has already been reduced.
--Squeaky front left shock absorber. Mechanic says it's nothing significant.
--One of the arms of the sunglasses holder broke last week. Could easily fix with some gorilla glue.
--Some rust along the trim just below the doors. Any competent body shop can clean up the rust for a reasonable price.
--Front and rear bumpers could use a repainting or retouching.
Because of my work schedule, ar can only be shown on Sundays and possibly Tuesdays. Se habla español.
