2001 BMW 330xi AWD Sedan 4-Door 3.0L

Hey everyone, 'm selling my 330xi for $4995. It is a fun drive and I hate to sell it but I'm trying to save up for travel and won't need a car if I do. The engine runs smoothly and I just got an oil change on it. It was recently detailed so everything is looking fresh and new. I made a list of some features and problems with the car. I'm not a mechanic or anything so I haven't fixed some of the faults this car has. I made a list below with the negatives and how much they will cost to fix which isn't bad at all. I am willing to negotiate on the price since you'll probably fix some pieces later down the road.
Features:-6-Cyl 2.5 Liter automatic transmission.-5 comfortable nice leather seats.-17 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.-Oil change done on June 12th.-144,768 miles-Moon roof- A/C + heat work
Problems:
-Speedometer needs replacement ($80)-Front lip kit ($40)-Side trim ($18.50)-Front passenger window part ($50)
