Up for auction is my rare 1969 short wheel base step side C10. This truck was a solid blue and yes I chose to patina it! Patina is the new "In" if you just look around! I'm from the south and decided to roll with the southern theme of an old school prison camp farm truck that really existed. I even have an antique blue light, ntique ball and chains, nd antique pick ax and shovel to go in the bed that I will include. The farm truck is equipped with a small block 400 with a mid sized cam to please any ear. The custom exhaust magnifies the horses by intertwining between the chassis to give it a clean look before escaping in front of the back tires. The farm truck is as low as it can go without adding airride. This was also done on purpose and accomplished with a "C" notch kit. I wanted the low ride while in motion but also needed to have clearance for the headers and massive 22 inch wheels that ingulf the farm truck's original external flared fenders. The new "thick flanged" shorty headers were also a must for the clearance. Coys Wheels have become a staple in the classic car market. The farm truck deserved nothing but the best so it's low ride stance and look can be contributed to Coys black chrome 20's on the front and 22's on the back. Disk brakes and lowering spindles were also added to the front to give the farm truck the stopping power it needs. It stays cool with an all aluminum radiator. This is not a race truck, owever the farm truck handles and drives as if it were a pro street mod even with its stock 12 bolt 308 rearend. You will not be disappointed with the look and all around performance of this machine! I really hate to sell my farm truck but my wife and I just put a pool in and she said it must go! Please contact me with any questions and happy bidding! 843-602-3455
