British made 1938 Morris eight series II

1938 Morris Eight, ar was purchased in 1979, riven for 3 years and put in climate controlled storage since then, 4 years ago. Excellent restoration project. Car is complete and in very sound structural shape. Many extra parts, eplacement gaskets etc. and manuals. I bought it with the intent to restore and got overcome by events. Right hand drive, lathead 4 cylinder, rafficator turn signals, uggage rack, eats 4and rear opening doors. Not a common car here in the USA and a definite head turner when driving. The car will not run as it sits. It is a restoration project. Several years ago I drained the radiator and removed the hoses because it was leaking. I also removed the bumpers and luggage rack. All parts are available except the hoses which were cracked. I apologize for any confusion I caused in my attempt to state that the car was running and not broken in any way when I parked it. I'll answer all questions and could possibly provide more specific pictures if requested.
