Gentlemen This is your chance to own a little piece of Italian history. This is a very Rare Italian World Rallye Chamion. I imported this car from the south of Italy myself about eight years ago with about 85000km . I was informed that the car had sat for a couple of years so i decided to change fuel pump and all belts. Had the pleasure of driving her a couple of weeks in Italy what a dream. Then arranged for transport to ship to Montreal Canada. Received the car drove it a few hundred kms and noticed the engine was comporting itself badly. Brought it immediately to a local specialist Garage Sylvester where he noticed that the oil pan had been pushed inwards maybe in transport we later realised. Upon removing the oil filter he noticed bearing debris. advised me not to drive the car in order not to cause any damage. We then went about pulling engine and rebuilding it completely. Every seal. bearing. bushing. piston rings changed. blue print and balanced port and polished once again all belts tensioners changed. Crankshaft rectified and re coated. Alternator and starter rebuilt. rebuilt the intercooler changed all hoses. New oem thermostat and most sending and receiving units changed. Powdercoated valvecover. As for the suspension shocks and springs obviously and front topplates pressed metal rallye upgrade topplates what a differenc. all bushing remplaced with polyurethane. all four wheel bearing replaced. Mags rectified and refinished with orignal paint codes. ALL DONE ABOUT 7000 MILES AGOThe car drives and feels great very responsive. Big head turner with true connaisseurs a rear raw rallye car from the late eighties with abs traction control awd no airbags no catalitic converter = awesome.
