2003 Land Rover Discovery SE CALL 615-248-4424 FOR ASSISTANCE This is not going to be for everyone and we understand that. We are a shop that believes that the Discovery trucks are an excellent platform for a Heritage land Rover build. This is our show vehicle that we assembled to drive. use and display at the 30 A Sand Rover Rally this past weekend. The truck runs and drive like new because it is likely the newest one since 2004 and. its better than the factory made it. We hear from legions of Disco owners and prospective owners that want one thing from this truck. reliability. It is one thing the factory didn't instill into this motor. We have the block repaired. resleeved and the crank turned by D&D Fabrication. He is. in our opinion. the foremost authority on the LR motors. We install new bearings. timing cover. a custom cam that integrates perfectly. we use ARP hardware. the best gaskets plus we coat them with copper. seal the radiator (also new) with ceramic for further sealing. We have a driveshaft made locally that is at least Tom Woods caliber plus we add grease points which most dont have. That is present on this truck as well. The brakes are new. front and rear. every sensor on the motor. the ignition coil. the brake reservoir. you get the idea. (see complete list below) The suspension is a 3" Rovertym Fab spring set with Old Man Emu sport shocks. rides beautifully as my wife and I just put 1000 miles on this rig and she never complained about the ride once! Great road control. unmatched trail ability. we have tried the rest. this is what you want if you desire a truck with excellent road manners after being lifted. This truck has never been wrecked. has a clean Carfax. only paint work is what we added to the truck. Notice the fender flares? They are not removed. they have been smoothed and painted with high quality materials. The bumpers are steel and have been painted as well. We installed the 9500lb winch with synthetic rope and Factor 55's Flat-Link and their lovely fairlead. This is a very capable truck with the city manners to fit right in at the country club. We build these with reliability in mind. everything works when they leave here. Our motor makes more power and makes the truck rarely have to downshift unless you really want to. This helps the truck achieve MPG improvements in city and highway driving. AC is cold. heated seats work better than most. we build these for clients but this one has everything we offer.
