This Defender 90 has been legally imported from Italy and is the cheapest LHD one you will find in the US. You can only get a Spanish Santana for this price, hich is a cheap and ugly defender copy sellers try to pass off as a defender.Its a LHD and is titled in Virginia in my name,the title ready to transfer to any state. Its a soft top version, ill need a new top. Framing (hoop set is all there so a top can easily be installed over the framing. In the pictures, he framing is hanging down at the front, t just needs a few bolts to attach, othing is broken). Has only one spot of rust in the passenger side foot well. A few other spots of surface rust only in the driver foot well, ts all solid. Door bottoms are all clean which are normally rusted in defenders. Has a few dents on the tailgate and some small dents on the quarter panels. One small dent on the pillar and front bumper has a dent. The engine probably needs a head gasket or has low compression, t starts up ok but takes a bit of cranking. There is blow by from the oil filler cap, o possibly rings or a head gasket.There is only one spot of rust in the passenger foot well, he driver side foot well has only surface rust. The windshield is cracked but a replacement is included, ust need to install. Instrument cluster plastic is broken on one side but this is easy to replace.So it needs engine work and some cosmetic work, ot too much to make it the defender you want and you get the option to upgrade to whatever engine you like (200 tdi, 00 tdi, 8).
