LOW MILEAGE - 2006 Land Rover Range Rover HSE Sport Utility 4-Door 4.4L

We are in the process of consolidating two homes into one and have run out of room for garaging cars, o this Range Rover has to go.

While used, t is cosmetically in good condition for its age. At under 52K, t has very low mileage for this model year. I believe that you will find this the mostattractively priced one in the market when compared with the others which all seem to have substantially more miles or lack a clear title (make sure that you check that as not all cars on the market have a clear title). While I am not the first owner, he car has spent its life in Florida so no need to worry about the impacts that winters could have taken on the body of the car.

While I am selling this without a warranty due to its age, verything is working correctly to the best of my knowledge with the exception of the two items that I will mention for your consideration. I believe that my roughly 20 years of eBay feedback speak to my integrity in how I represent the items that I sell (including at least one other car that I have sold on eBay in the past).

When I bought the car, found that the air needed to be recharged every 4 months or so (a simple and inexpensive do it yourself 10 minute effort). When I did it back in early May of this year I bought a type of gas which seals small leaks. So far the air has continued to work well, ut it might still be too early to say if it is solved. Also, ccasionally the remote key feature to lock and unlock the doors does not workon the driver door (and you have to press it again to lock or unlock the door). Turning the key in the door has always worked for me. Given its intermittent nature, nd the lack of this being a real issue for me I have not taken the time to investigate what is causing it. All other doors and the back hatch function properly via the remote.

The above stated, here is nothing that needs to be done before you start using the car. It is ready for you to use for daily commutes or a cross country vacation. The only "repair" that I have had to make to the car was to install a new battery which remains under warranty for you.I just had a fresh oil change performed (with full synthetic as I have always done with this car) so that is one less task/expense for the buyer to have to worry about upon picking up the car.

The car comes with the original owners manual and two keys.
