Classic 1995 Range Rover, $1000converted coil suspension,runs great, large tires

This is a wonderful 1995 range rover classic long wheel base.
these trucks are rare and are now on high demand amongst collectors.
we are a real estate company and this truck was stored in one of our properties (a ventilated garage) for about 2 years and was given to us as a reimbursement for rent due and owed ($8000) so we are just trying to recover as much as we can at this point.
recent items replaced on vehicle :
* $1000 suspension coil springs conversion replace by the owner (no more air bags issues)* $650 new fuel pump, replaced by our mechanic two weeks ago)* new oil change, two weeks old)
Some info to the best of our knowledge :the car runs and drives very nice, ngine runs great, ransmission shifts throughout all gears.the brakes are good.all lights work.handeling is very tight and it drives strait without pulling in any unwanted direction.the body and paint looks very presentable (the roof clear coat is pilling but looks great for a 1995 car)odometer only shows 141,000 miles,interior in good condition and does not look abused (rear seats look new, he driver and passenger seats could use some minor attention)nice headliner,very clean engine bay,does not overheat (had it running for over 2 hours at the mechanic shop and drove it for an hour on the highway)beautiful dashboard (its missing some plastic trim under the gauge cluster)Large glass moonroof, will need some lubricant from sitting, t was stock so we sprayed WD40 on the track and its now going up and down smoothly and trying to open up but will need some more spraying)rear compartment cover,Some veneer needs glueac will need freondrivers seat works when feels like (owner purchased two used replacement ecu units and it will go with the car to the new owner )one fog light is missing the glass ($20 on eBay)rear hatch window lifters are a bit tired (one can find both on eBay for $25)drivers door speaker shows some glue around trimlarger 245/17/R16 tires (they DO NOT rub, hey fit perfectly and the truck is sitting nice and high)Don't know if it's completely rust free but we did not see any rust.Nice Running boards,we have a clean open florida title in hand.
we never really owned the vehicle so we did our best to describe it to the best of our limited knowledge, lease look at all the pictures and we urge you to come inspect person prior to bidding.
